ISLAMABAD: A six-member committee has completed its inquiry into the propaganda and hate speech in the wake of the Lasbela helicopter crash.
The report cleared political parties of involvement, describing the dissemination of as an individual process.
Four members of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and two members of intelligence agencies were part of the committee formed by the Ministry of Interior.
Sources say the report did not find any evidence of the involvement of any political party in the matter of propaganda on the Lasbela helicopter crash.
The inquiry report recommended action against those involved in the propaganda while also calling for the registration of cases against those involved under the country’s cyber crime laws as well as the Pakistan Penal Code.
