Nine soldiers embraced shahadat and four others got injured when a Pakistan Army vehicle met an accident and fell into a Nullah in Shaujabad area of Bagh district in Azad Kashmir early Sunday morning, the military’s media wing said in a statement.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, the injured have been evacuated to Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi.

Funeral prayers of all Shuhada were offered at Mangla garrison.

Corps Commander Rawalpindi Lieutenant General Sahir Shamshad Mirza and military officials attended the funeral prayer.

Bodies of the martyrs will be sent to their native towns and buried with full military honours.
