Sahiwal: The former premier, Imran Khan, has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will defeat the incumbent coalition government in elections.
While addressing a public gathering in Sahiwal Imran said, “They [incumbent government] have rigged the voter’s lists. I want 10, 10 people at each polling station.”
He asked his party workers “not to let them rig [the polls]”.
Imran said they were being threatened to be put behind bars if they fight.
“We are told if we stop thieves from being imposed upon us then we will be jailed.”
He added, “Do not threaten us with FIRs, the public has gone beyond this.”
Imran said Pakistan will face the same circumstances that Sri Lanka and Lebanon did.
