Ahad Raza Mir offers first glimpse into “Resident Evil” character

Pakistani heartthrob Ahad Raza Mir took to his Instagram to share the first glimpse of his character in the Netflix original series ‘Resident Evil’ on Saturday.

Mir posted his picture, in complete character from the series, with the caption “Hope this brings you some “JOY” 💊.”

The thriller revolves around a group of youngsters who try to fight zombies and find out some well-kept secrets, in a battle for survival. The series is coming to Netflix on 14th July.

Ahad Raza Mir is playing the part of ‘Arjun Batra’, Jade Wesker’s love interest in the Resident Evil episode, “Welcome to New Raccoon City.”

The fans are extremely delighted to see their favourite star in character. One fan commented, “Seeing you brings us joy”

His fans have been anticipating his role eagerly and were disappointed when the original trailer released earlier in May showed no signs of Ahad.

The series is based on the long-running survival horror franchise Resident Evil, originating from games created by Capcom, a Japanese video game developer and publisher.

The cast includes Lance Reddick, Tamara Smart, Ella Balinska, Siena Agudong, Adeline Rudolph, Paola Nuñez, Ahad Raza Mir, Connor Gossatti and Turlough Convery.
