**No officers of the National Accountability Bureau will be transferred during high-profile cases, the bureau declared Friday to comply with Supreme Court orders.

NAB Chairman Justice (rtd) Javed Iqbal has also pulled the plug on any transfers or postings made recently.

A day earlier, the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial had barred the Federal Investigation Agency’s prosecution branch from withdrawing any cases and had also ordered an end to transfers or postings in the agency as well as in NAB until further orders by the court.
