TRIGGER WARNING: The body of an eleven-year-old girl, who was raped and then murdered, was found from an under-construction washroom of the Metro Bus Service in the G-11 area of the federal capital Islamabad, AajNews reported.

The initial post-mortem report of the girl, who is yet to be identified, has confirmed that she was a victim of sexual assault. The body also bore torture marks, suggesting that she was strangulated to death.

The medical team has decided to send samples from the victim to the Punjab Science Forensic Agency for further tests as well as to ascertain her identity. The family of the victim are yet to contact the police, as per details, with authorities combing through missing persons reports in order to identify the heirs.
