Pakistan reported 1,021 new Covid cases and 21 deaths of the virus in the last 24 hours, according to the National Command and Operation Centre data.

Since last week, variation in coronavirus cases are reported as the country recorded less than 1,000 positive cases for few days of the week.

The daily Covid positivity rate was 2.34 per cent on Tuesday.

According to the NCOC data, currently 2,257 people infected with the virus are on critical care.

Meanwhile, at least 34 million people have been fully vaccinated against Covid across the country, as per the NCOC figures.
