An Islamabad session and judge court will indict prime suspect Zahir Jaffer and others in Noor Mukadam murder case on October 14, a new date issued by Judge Atta Rabbani on Thursday.
During the trial of the case, the judge dismmissed applications submitted by the accused's lawyers a day ago wherein the defendants demanded copies of digital evidences.
The accused, including Zahir, his parents, their house hold staff, Therapy Work CEO Tahir Zahoor and other workers of the psychotherapy centre attended the trial of the case.
Zahir pleaded the judge to allow him to come to witness stand and speak. He also asked the court to pardon him.
Judge Rabbani told Zahir he would listen to him during the trial and currently there was no need for his comments.
The judge asked all accused to make ensure their presence on October 14.
Earlier, the court set October 6 for the indictment of accused in the case. However, as the trial began in the court on Wednesday, Judge Rabbani delayed indictment for one day.
Meanwhile, Zahir's parents, Zakir Jaffer and Asmat Adamjee, approached the Supreme Court against decision of the Islamabad High Court which had dismissed bail pleas of the couple.
