Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Usman Dar says Kamyab Jawan Program is ensuring financial inclusion of the poor and marginalized segments of the society.
Addressing a certificate awarding and cheque distribution ceremony under Kamyab Jawan Program in Islamabad on Monday afternoon, he said inclusion of youth in decision making is the main priority of the government.
Usman Dar urged the youth to be the part of Kamyab Jawan Program and assist the government in creating job opportunities. He said that 100,000 youth has so far been given technical training in 18 different sectors and one billion rupees have been spent for this purpose.
He said that over 10,000 youth of the country has so far been availed low-interest rate loan from Kamyab Jawan Program in which 7000 loan holders established their own business creating jobs for others.
Vice Chancellor Air University (Retired) Air Marshal Javaid Ahmed, Chairman NAVTTC Javed Hassan and Executive Director Dr. Nasir Khan also addressed the event.
