Two Pakistani soldiers embrace martyrdom in unprovoked Indian firing along LoC

Two Pakistani soldiers Lance Naik Tariq and Sepoy Zaroof embraced martyrdom on Wednesday in Khuiratta Sector along the Line of Control (LoC) when the Indian side opened unprovoked fire.

According to the details, Indian forces initiated a ceasefire violation in Khuiratta Sector. Pakistani forces responded to the offense befittingly and caused heavy losses to Indian troops in men and material. However, during the exchange, two brave Pakistani soldiers lost their lives.

The Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar took to Twitter to share the sad news. In his tweet, he said:

"Indian troops initiated CFVs in Khuiratta Sector along #LOC. Pakistan army troops responded befittingly. Reports of heavy losses 2 Indian troops in men & material. During the exchange of fire, while fighting valiantly, 2 soldiers, Lance Naik Tariq & Sepoy Zaroof embraced shahadat."
