The USA tops the list with almost more than double the fatalities than the second-placed country, Brazil.
European countries like Italy, Spain, and United Kingdom also suffered a great deal due to the viral infection as hundreds of thousands of people succumbed to the disease.
Other countries from Europe, Latin America, and Asia have also been affected severely by the coronavirus.
