Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) has suspended the death penalty of three accuses who were sentenced to death by military courts, Aaj News reported.Â
On Monday, a two member bench headed by Justice Asmat Saeed heard the plea of three accused terrorist.
After hearing the arguments of all three accused terrorist, the court delayed the death penalty till to undefined period.
The court had thwarted the death penalty of  one Liaqat for attacking a journalist, while two others by the name of , Shafaqat and Sabir Shah are accused of killing a lawyer Arshaad Ali in Lahore.
