ISLAMABAD: Punjab Government has launched free Motorbike Ambulance Service in the province.
Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif formally inaugurate the service in Lahore on Tuesday.
Speaking on this occasion Shahbaz Sharif said Punjab government is taking practical steps for improvement of the healthcare system.
He said Motorbike Ambulance Service will help reach the patients in narrow streets and tight corners.
He said the service has been handed over to Rescue 1122.
He thanked the Turkish government for its support to the Punjab government for launching the Motorbike Ambulance Service. The ambulance service comprises 900 motorbike. Nine hundred medical technicians have also been hired for the motorbikes ambulance service.—PPI
