Find out how a 'meetha pan' named after Bollywood's King Khan ?

WEB DESK: You may find it extremely strange but yes a 'meetha pan' has been named after Bollywood's superstar Shah Rukh Khan a.k.a King Khan.

Before the release of his recent flick 'Jab Harry Met Sejal', Khan along with his team went to Banaras for promotions.

During their visit, Khan, Anushka Sharma and Imtiaz Ali stopped at local betel leaf vendor’s shop randomly to taste 'Banarasi meetha pan'. So much so, they bought a chilled one from ‘Tambulam Paan shop’ and learn that the shop owns by a 70 year old, Satish Kumar.

The vendor was extremely excited to meet King Khan and the entire team but things got changed for better as people rushed towards his shop to enjoy that particular 'meetha pan' that was served to Khan just after he left.

The vendor, Satish Kumar says about his experience that,"After Shah Rukh Khan has come and eaten paan at my shop, I am getting non stop requests for exactly the paan that he ate. Not just from Varanasi, but I am getting calls from other cities also to parcel and send that paan. So I decided to have that paan separately in my menu. It’s the most expensive paan that I have on my list."
