According to Airbus A320 captain,"These black triangle mark the places where the wings can be best seen from. A visual examination may be required if pilots have doubts regarding the positions of the flaps and indicators are out of order. Fortunately, this is a rare case."
Unlock the lavatory door
The 'lavatory' sign is basically used if anyone accidentally lock themselves in the airplane's bathroom. You just need to slide the knob into the unlocked position.
