Shoulder painÂ
In case of sore shoulder firstly, you should avoid sleeping on the painful shoulder. Secondly, it is better for you to sleep on your back. It is suggested to put thin pillow under your head. Also, take another pillow to place it on your stomach and hug it during sleep. In this way, your shoulders will be in correct position and it will ease should pain too.
Back pain
Back pain can be caused due to overly soft mattress but if anyone has back pain, they need to maintain normal curves of your spine. Moreover, it is suggested to sleep on back to them too but they will need to put a pillow under knees. It will enable them to restore natural spinal curves and will reduce tension in your tendons. Plus, for additional support, putting a small rolled towel under your lower back is beneficial.
Neck pain
Like back or shoulder pain, a person would need support if he/she is going through a neck pain. To cure neck pain, sleeping on back with pillow under head and each arm is best. Also, it would be more appropriate if people with neck pain choose orthopedic or roll pillows.
Can’t fall asleep
Using mobile phones and computers before bedtime isn't suggested. It is tough to avoid but your should as the light from screens impacts on our sleep-wake cycles. Moreover, avoid consuming caffeine at least 6 hours before bed time. And, it is always suggested to include exercise or any other physical activity as it will tone your whole body and improve blood circulation which make fall asleep much faster.
Can’t wake up
Waking up after long and peaceful hours of sleep is extremely tough and we have to solve it. The easiest way is to set your alarm for the same time everyday including weekends and holidays. Waking up early and going to bed early is extremely essential as it will affect your body positively.
