Ingredients:
½ kg –Mutton
1cup –Yogurt
1 ½ tbsp -Coriander powder
1tbsp –All spice
2tbsp –Lemon juice
1tbsp –Cumin powder (roasted)
1 ½ tbsp –Chili powder
3tbsp -Onion (brown)
1tbsp –Kewra water
1/4tbsp –Saffron
1tbsp –Ginger Garlic paste
1/4tbsp -Cardamom powder (Elaichi)
1tbsp –Cashew Nuts (ground)
2tbsp –Malai
10 –Mint Leaves
Oil for frying
Instruction
:
Marinate meat with salt, coriander powder, all spice, lemon juice, cumin powder, brown onion, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, cardamom powder, mint leaves for 1 hour.
Heat oil and add marinated mutton, cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
Add cashew nuts paste mixed with malai, kewra water, saffron and mint leaves.
Cook till oil floats on top.
