Mughlai Mutton Malai

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg –Mutton
  • 1cup –Yogurt
  • 1 ½ tbsp -Coriander powder
  • 1tbsp –All spice
  • 2tbsp –Lemon juice
  • 1tbsp –Cumin powder (roasted)
  • 1 ½ tbsp –Chili powder
  • 3tbsp -Onion (brown)
  • 1tbsp –Kewra water
  • 1/4tbsp –Saffron
  • 1tbsp –Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4tbsp -Cardamom powder (Elaichi)
  • 1tbsp –Cashew Nuts (ground)
  • 2tbsp –Malai
  • 10 –Mint Leaves
  • Oil for frying

Instruction:

  1. Marinate meat with salt, coriander powder, all spice, lemon juice, cumin powder, brown onion, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, cardamom powder, mint leaves for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil and add marinated mutton, cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  3. Add cashew nuts paste mixed with malai, kewra water, saffron and mint leaves.
  4. Cook till oil floats on top.
