Chicken DrumStick

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg -Drumsticks
  • 200ml -Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp -Chinese salt
  • 3 tbsp -Red chili powder
  • Salt -to taste
  • 1 tsp -Black pepper powder
  • 2 cups -Flour
  • 4 tbsp -Milk
  • 1 -Egg
  • 1½ tsp -Baking powder

 

Method:

  1. Combine chicken stock with Chinese salt, 2tbsp of red chili powder, salt, black pepper, ½ cup of flour, milk, egg and 1/2tbsp of baking powder.
  2. Make Cut on chicken pieces and apply this mixture on chicken.
  3. Refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  4. For batter, mix 1 ½ cup of flour, 1tbsp of red chili powder, 1tbsp of baking powder and ½ tbsp of salt.
  5. Roll chicken pieces in the batter and fry it till golden.
