Ingredients:
Warm water -1cup
Almond -30gm
Pistachio -20gm
Poppy seed -2tbsp
Melon seed -30gm
Dried Rose petals -2tbsp
Fennel seeds (saunf) -1tbsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tbsp
Cardamoms -3 to 4
Sugar -100gm or ½cup
Chilled milk -1glass
Ice cubes as per needed
Instruction to make:
Soak almond, pistachios, poppy seeds, melon seeds, dried rose petals, fennel seeds, black pepper in 1 cup of warm water for 1 to 2 hours.
Blend the soaking mixture and make a paste.
Add sugar, cardamom seeds.
Blend to make smooth and fine paste.
Take chilled milk in glass (half-half combination of milk and water can also be used), add 4tbsp of the paste.
Mix well.
Add ice cubes.
