Stubborn StainsÂ
To remove stubborn stains from clothes, you will be needing two liters of water, bring it on hot boil. Add lemon juice, washing powder and salt in the boiling water. Now, soak your white clothes in it for 40 minutes then wash it off as you normally do.
'Whiter' white shirtsÂ
To keep your white shirts even 'whiter' for a really long time, all you will be required a tbsp of baking soda, apply it on stained area. Then, rub half lemon on it. Leave baking soda and lemon onto the stain for 15 minutes and then wash it warm water.
Fabric SoftenerÂ
Make a solution with quart warm water and 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) of vinegar and soak your clothes in it for good 40 minutes. It will soften your clothes. Plus, if you wish to remove sweat stains, pour regular vinegar on it and rub it with soap then wash normally.
All-purpose bleach
This home made bleach serves all purposes from keeping white clothes 'whiter' to keep fabric soft. To make this mixer you will be needing two slices of lemon and add them into boiled water. Soak your clothes into the solution before washing.
