Ingredients:
Chickpeas – 1pound
Onion (chopped) – 1
Parsley (chopped) – ¼ cup
Garlic cloves – 3 to 5
Flour – 1 ¾tsps
Salt – 1¾tsps
Cumin – 2tsps
Coriander -1tsps
Black pepper – ¼tsps
Red chili – ¼tsps
Cardamom – a pinch
Oil for frying
Instruction to make:
Soak the chickpeas overnight.
Combine the soaked chickpeas with chopped onion, garlic cloves, parsley, cumin, coriander, flour, salt, black pepper, chili powder and cardamom.
Blend until a rough, coarse meal form.
Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for ½ hours.
Make small balls of mixture.
Heat oil, and fry small balls.
