These regular habits are damaging for health

WEB DESK: Once habits are formed it is impossible to change any of them and there could be many reasons behind them. But, there are some of these regular habits that are not suitable for human health and the bitter truth is that we have become so used to them and it is now impossible to reshape them.  

Some of those unhealthy daily habits are:

Preventing yourself from sneezing

Many of us prevent ourselves from sneezing which is damaging for health as in this way our intracranial pressure get higher. The flow of blood to our brains is disrupted. Preventing sneezes also compressed our blood vessels and nervous tissue. This overall situation lead us to headaches and hearing problems.
