30 minutes are enough

The University of Copenhagen, Denmark, has figured it out that a person does not necessarily spend long hours at gym but they can loose a decent amount of weight just by working out for 30 minutes as it helps in loosing 25% more weight than going for an hour.

Eating slow

In present fast forward era, where everything is running faster than ever, eating fast has become a bad habit which really needs to change. The problem is fast eating reduces the feel of satiety which leads a person towards over eating. Therefore, it is necessary to eat in a slow manner and chew every single bite slowly. It will satisfy you and you can feel full without over eating.
