President House officials on Sunday assured 11-year-old Mohammad Sabeel Haider of not broadcasting his speech.
After the report was aired on television, the President House took notice and solved the matter at the earliest. Sabeel thanked media for raising the issue.
"President House officials have accepted their mistake and have guaranteed that neither it will happen with anyone in the future nor the speech will be broadcasted. I thank the media for their support and for raising the issue," he said.
Sabeel, who is sixth-grade student at Islamabad Model College for Boys, sued officials of President House over alleged plagiarism of his speech without his consent.
According to news aired on a private TV channel, Sabeel Haider said on Friday that he was chosen to deliver a speech at the President House in Islamabad on December 22.
However, when Sabeel arrived at the President's House, he was informed he would no longer be delivering the speech.
