Recipe of the day: Aloo Gosht

Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg
Potato 4
Turmeric powder 1 ½ tsp
Onion 2 (finely chopped)
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil ½ cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Green chili 2
All Spice powder 1 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves ½ bunch (chopped)
Green chilies 2 (chopped)
Cooking Directions
Peel potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Mix ½ tsp turmeric powder with water and soak the potato pieces in it.
In a pan heat oil, add mutton, onion, ginger garlic, 1 tsp turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and 2 cups of hot water.
Cook till water dries and meat tenders.
Then add in yogurt and pieces of potatoes and stir fry.
Now add 2 cup of water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
When the oil separates, add in all spice powder, fresh coriander leaves and chopped green chilies and keep it on a low flame.
Serve it hot with naan.
