Good riddance for Samsung users in Pakistan, as Samsung declares to exchange and/or refund customers over the Note 7 fiasco.
In efforts to curb the rolling stone effect, exploding sets of Note 7 had brought the tech giant; Samsung has decided to serve its customers by exchanging their Note 7s handsets for the much more ‘safe’ and favored S7 edge even though it had not launched the Note 7 in Pakistan.
In addition to the recompense, customers opting for the exchange shall also be given Rs. 10,000 or they could choose to get a full $817 – flat rate – refund on producing a proof of purchase for their Galaxy Note 7.
