DUBAI: Pakistan became first Asian team in day-night Test cricket, Aaj News reported. 

National team performed well in first day of test match and successfully scored 279 runs on loss of 1 wicket. Captain National team Misbah ul Haq won the toss, chose to bat and openers performed well.

Azhar Ali and Sami Aslam scored 215 until loss of first wicket. Azhar Ali successfully scored his first century against West Indies whereas Sami Aslam bat carefully but remained 10 runs away from a century.

Asad Shafiq did his best with 33 runs. Ali and Shariq are not out.
