Recipe of the day: Mini Pizza

  1. For Filling: Heat up butter in a pan and fry chopped onion, boiled chicken, salt, mustard powder and black pepper.
  2. Add flour and milk. Mix very well and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. For pizza dough: Kneed flour, caster sugar, powder milk, egg, salt, yeast and oil with luke warm water.
  4. Cover this dough and leave for 1 hour to rise.
  5. Roll this dough with 1/2 inch of thickness and cut with the help of grill cutter.
  6. Place each piece in a greased tart tray.
  7. place some ketchup, than chicken filling, capsicum and tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese at the top and place this tray at some hot place for 30 minutes to rise.
  9. place this tray in a preheated oven for 25 minutes and bake at 200c.
