KARACHI: The track of road from Malir Halt to Malir City will be closed on February 5, from 9 am to 5 pm, due to installation of girders at under construction Malir Halt flyover here.

The people are advised to use alternate route of Model Colony - Airport to travel to Malir on February 5, said a statement issued by KMC here on Tuesday.

Over 70 per cent of the work of three-lane Malir Halt flyover has been completed, it added.

The Administrator KMC Saqib Ahmed Soomro had visited the construction site a few days ago and directed to expedite the ongoing work of the construction of Malir Halt Flyover.
