KIEV:Investigators probing the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 in rebel-held east Ukraine have determined the crash was caused by "massive explosive decompression," Ukrainian security officials said Monday.

"Experts from committee ... studying the causes of MH17 crash: cause of
