KARACHI:- The demolition team of Sindh Building control Authority (SBCA) demolished and sealed various illegal structures including shops raised on parking area in Saddar here.

The demolition activities were carried out on the directives of the Director General SBCA, Manzoor Qadir, said a statement on Thursday.

The demolition team razed the shops which were built at the 2nd and 4th floors in the car parking area at plot no 19/2,PR-1 Preedy Quarters Saddar Town.

The R.C.C roof and partition walls on 4th floor at plot no 69,SB- 3, the partition walls at 7th floor in Ranchore Lane plot no 14/1,R.C- 4, partition walls of 6th floor at plot no 65,H.V.I, Ranchore Lane, illegal construction in shop no 162 at Millat Nagar were demolished.

The team also demolished illegal shops raised at compulsory open space in ground floor at plot no 33-C block-4, Clifton.

The Deputy and Assistant Building Directors and Demolition Officers supervised the demolition activities.

The personnel of SBCA Police force also accompanied the demolition teams to control law and order situation.
