Police say the the house at Ibrahim Haidri locality was damaged when some explosive material went off, resulting in the death one suspected terrorist.

The said house was inhabited by 5 persons, who the police say were allegedly planning a terrorist attack, for the last 3 months.

The blast might have been caused by explosives stored in the house for future terrorist attack in the city, police added.

Four people, including two injured, were arrested after the blast and a probe has been started into the incident.
