Raymond Davis requests immunity

The accused insisted, during the hearing, he enjoyed diplomatic immunity and refused to sign the Challan against him.

Raymond Davis, who fatally shot dead two Pakistani citizens in a broad daylight last month, requested the court to grant him diplomatic immunity.

The western media say the detained US national was a CIA contractor in Pakistan.

The court, later, adjourned the hearing till March 3.

Meanwhile, the White House, once again, said the accused national was a diplomat and the issue could not be compromised upon.
