Addressing to Senate, Rehman Malik said that Federal Government will not interfere in the case. He said that Raymond Davis possessed diplomatic passport.

The Lahore High Court (LHC) ordered the government to place the name of Raymond Davis on the “exit control list” to prevent him from leaving Pakistan.

Raymond Davis had shot dead two Pakistani nationals at Mazang Chowk in provincial capital on Thursday. The police, later, arrested the accused and he was sent on 6-days physical remand by the local court.
