The 17-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhary will hear the NRO review case tomorrow.

According to Government sources, PM Gilani might appear in the Apex Court to clarify the government's stance, the Prime Minister is mentally prepared for it.

Sources further told AAJ News that Gilani's appearance in Supreme Court will not be surprising. However, Ministry of Law rejected this possibility. They said that Prime Minister's sudden presence in lunch and appearance in court are two different things.

Sources said that Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan is also likely to appear in the Apex Court.
