The petition was lodged by Chaudhry Arshad, member of People's Muslim League against Chaudhry Rukhsar's matriculation certificate in District and session court of Rawalakot.

Chaudhry Rukhsar was elected MLA from Mirpur constituency LA-4 in 2006 Elections.

Judge Azhar Saleem Babar declared Rukhsar's matriculation certifiicate as fake and ordered the re-election in the constituency.
