It should be mentioned that the Supreme Court (SC) last week directed the NAB Chairman to expedite the implementation on the judicial verdict regarding the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO).
Later on, the NAB Chief Naveed Ahsan sent to the Prime Minister the summary regarding the removal of Prosecutor General Danishwar Malik and dismissed Additional Prosecutor Abdul Baseer Qureshi.
Today, the Chairman NAB issued order for the dismissal of NABs Deputy Prosecutor General Tariq Jahangiri.
However, the NAB spokesman said he knows nothing about this recent development.
