Some cricketers involved in match fixing

The three-member committee headed by Ghaffar Qureshi, with Tahir Mashadhi and Haroon Akhtar made the stunning disclosure in front of the media after having a meeting with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officials in which the performance of the national team in Australia was also discussed.
"The sub-committee was briefed on the tour with documents, and there are verbal, video and solid proofs that one or more players could be involved in the match-fixing", one of the members of the committee, Haroon Akhtar said.
"The PCB has done a good work on the investigation over the issue and it deserves credit for providing every information", Mashadhi said.
But the members were of the view that more time was required for further investigation as some non-cricketers could also be involved.
"Till completion of the entire investigation it is not appropriate to disclose the names of the any players", they said.
Asked if any of that players was included in the recently announced Pakistan T20 World team, the senators says:" We have given the recommendation to the PCB authorities not to select any player in the team".
