At ​least six ‌people were killed, ​including ​three paramedics, and ⁠22 ​were wounded ​in an Israeli strike ​on ​a civil defense ‌center ⁠in southern Lebanon, the ​Lebanese ​state ⁠news agency ​said ​early ⁠Saturday.
