The second national polio campaign of 2026 will continue from April 13 to April 19, during which more than 45 million children will be administered polio drops, the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) said.

More than 400,000 polio workers will carry out their responsibilities during the seven-day nationwide campaign, it said.

The NEOC said the national campaign will continue uninterrupted across the country from April 13 to 19.

It said more than 45 million children will be administered polio drops during the drive.

Children will also be provided with additional doses of vitamin A this week.
