Lebanese-American media personality, activist, and former adult film actress Mia Khalifa has shared an emotional video message condemning Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon, saying she “cannot stay silent” over the devastation.

In a widely circulated social media post, Khalifa said the attacks were among the most painful moments of her life, alleging that hundreds of locations — including hospitals, schools and even cemeteries — were bombed within minutes despite a ceasefire.

She revealed that a hospital in Beirut, where she was born, had been reduced to rubble in the strikes.

Questioning US support for Israel, Khalifa said she struggled to accept that her tax contributions were linked to the destruction in her ancestral homeland.

“I cannot stay silent on what is happening in Lebanon,” she said, becoming visibly emotional while describing the scale of destruction.

Khalifa condemned the targeting of civilian infrastructure, calling the attacks “madness” and “barbaric”, and drew parallels with previous violence in Gaza.

“We have already witnessed atrocities in one sovereign state, and now another is facing devastation while the world watches,” she said.

She also criticised global priorities, noting that while countries focus on space exploration, violence continues on Earth.

The influencer expressed solidarity with the people of Lebanon, saying she was deeply distressed by the suffering of her compatriots.

According to reports, Israeli strikes on Wednesday targeted more than 100 locations across Lebanon, killing over 250 people in a single day.

The escalation comes despite reports of a ceasefire between the United States and Iran, with Israeli officials maintaining that the truce does not apply to operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon.
