Iran has expressed support for Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability in the region.

Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Reza Amiri Moqadam said Tehran “welcomes Pakistan’s active diplomatic initiatives based on goodwill for the restoration of peace and lasting stability in the region.”

The ambassador’s comments underline Iran’s positive response to Islamabad’s engagement in regional diplomacy.
