The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the schedule for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, which will be held in England from June 12 to July 5.

A total of 12 teams will compete in the tournament.

The opening match will take place on June 12, featuring hosts England against Sri Lanka.

The much-anticipated clash between traditional rivals Pakistan and India is scheduled for June 14.

The participating teams have been divided into two groups:

• Group A: Pakistan, Australia, South Africa, India, and two qualifier teams

• Group B: West Indies, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and two qualifier teams

The tournament’s grand finale will be hosted at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground, promising an electric conclusion to one of the most awaited events in women’s cricket.
