SC to hear bail cancellation cases for May 9 incident on April 7
The Supreme Court has announced the dates for hearings regarding the cancellation of bail for those accused in the May 9 incident.
Appeals against the bail of individuals involved in the GHQ attack case are set to be heard on April 7, while the appeals for the cancellation of bail for 20 accused, including PTI leaders Alia Hamza and Khadija Shah, will be conducted on April 8.
The hearings will focus on the Punjab government’s appeals seeking to revoke the bail granted to the accused in the GHQ attack case, with proceedings scheduled for April 7 in the Supreme Court.
Further proceedings for the 20 accused, including prominent PTI figures, will follow on April 8.

A three-member bench, led by Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi, will oversee the hearings, which will also include Justices Shafi Siddiqui and Shakeel Ahmed as part of the panel.
