Pakistani passport renewal fees in UAE unveiled

Pakistani nationals residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has a chance to renew their passport with respective fees starting from August 2024, despite an increase in costs for applicants in Pakistan.

According to the Pakistan Consulate General in Dubai, passport renewal services are available during working hours from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, and till 11:00 am on Fridays. The applicants can book an appointment through the consulate’s official website to avoid inconvenience.

The key details on the passport renewal fees in UAE Dirham are as follows:

5-Year Passport Renewal Fees:

  • 36-page passport (ordinary): AED 110
  • 36-page passport (urgent): AED 180
  • 72-page passport (ordinary): AED 220
  • 72-page passport (urgent): AED 325
  • 100-page passport (ordinary): AED 220
  • 100-page passport (urgent): AED 435

10-Year Passport Renewal Fees:

  • 36-page passport (ordinary): AED 160
  • 36-page passport (urgent): AED 270
  • 72-page passport (ordinary): AED 300
  • 72-page passport (urgent): AED 485
  • 100-page passport (ordinary): AED 325
  • 100-page passport (urgent): AED 650

Pakistani nationals are advised to keep their travel documents updated, as expired passports will not be accepted for travel. The consulate has urged the applicants to book appointments in advance to avoid any delays in the renewal process.
