PM Shehbaz couldn’t stop laughing when comedian Shafaat Ali mimicked him
Many politicians and critics might have seen Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif chuckling on TV, but they would not have seen him laughing when a comedian like Shafaat Ali mimicked him on stage.
It was on Thursday when Ali, one of the boys from BNN, took the stage to do his act. And, it was none other than PM Shehbaz.
He performed his act alongside the person, he was imitating. Ali spoke and made gestures in the way PM Shehbaz does often in his speeches.
“Rana Sahab, you have one week’s time,” Ali said as he lowered his voice to imitate PM Shehbaz.
The premier and the people in the hall started laughing when the artist took a pause. Information Minister Attaullah Tarar was also seen laughing.
The premier clapped for the comedian. “If in one week, all these boys are not admitted, and then Rai Sahab there will be a meeting where we will speak on different matters with you, but not on sports.”
The event was held in the honour of national hockey players who ended runner-up in the Azlan Shah Hockey tournament. Their play reignited the popularity of the sports in the country.
