Pakistani mountaineer Naila Kiani has said that three more peaks are left – out of the 14 – for her to climb. Such expeditions are part of a project. She has climbed 11 peaks in the world.

In an interview with Aaj News, she said that conducting thorough weather research specific to each mountain was crucial for mountaineers.

While recognising the demanding nature of the sport, she emphasised the importance of proper rest and diligently adhered to the “self-love” routine.

Naila also incorporates psychotherapy and massages into her routine to ensure her well-being and prevent injuries.

Furthermore, Naila highlighted the financial challenges faced by many mountaineers, making it difficult for them to afford necessary services and support.

She scaled one of the world’s highest mountains, Mount Makalu becoming the first woman in the country’s history to summit 11 peaks above 8,000 metres on May 5.

Naila Kiani is a Pakistani woman known for her achievements as a high-altitude mountaineer. She is a Dubai-based Pakistani banker, an amateur boxer, and a mother of two daughters.
