Peshawar’s Hazar Khwani Chok hit by explosion
An explosion occurred near Hazar Khwani Chowk, close to the capital city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.
According to the Peshawar police, the blast took place in the middle of the road near Hazar Khwani Chowk, caused by the detonation of the explosive material installed there.
The police have confirmed that there were no human casualties in the explosion, but a police vehicle parked nearby suffered minor damage.
Following the blast, police and bomb disposal units arrived at the scene, and the nature of the explosive material is being determined.
