British actor Henry Cavill and his girlfriend, Natalie Viscuso, have shared the news that they are expecting their first child. 

The actor was interviewed by Access Hollywood at the Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare premiere on April 15.

He expressed his happiness, stating that his father inspired him to become a great father.

“If I ever have kids one day, I want to be the dad who’s running around after them,” he told Men’s Health UK in 2017.

After 3 years of this interview, Cavill has announced his relationship with Viscuso on the social media platform Instagram. 

In 2021, he said to his followers on Instagram, “I am very happy in love and in life. I’d be enormously grateful if you were happy with me. If you can’t bring yourself to be happy with me, then at the very least try to do yourself proud and be the best version of yourself.”

The relationship was kept private until 2022, when they came together at the premiere of the Netflix film Enola Holmes 2 in October. 

“She has been an incredible support system for me and really opened my eyes to a lot of things and opened a gateway for me to drive harder and pursue further. And I’m eternally grateful for that,” he said to Deadline in an interview.

Cavill applauded his girlfriend, labeling her as his life’s biggest motivator and pursuit of happiness.
